2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Send the item back to us at the address provided.

• Once we process your return, we'll issue your refund. Please note that a stocking fee may apply.

Why a Stocking Fee of 10%? We strive to keep our prices fair and support our artisan partnerships sustainably. The stocking fee helps cover the costs of packaging, shipping, inventory management, and supports our efforts to reduce waste, recycle, and donate where possible.
